A review will be carried out giving our client the opportunity to refine the cost element to each section of the estimate before proceeding with work phase.

Work will commence according to the work schedule of which both parties (Renovaze & Our Client) agreed to. This way we can ensure the project to run smoothly and provide our client with progressive updates.

4.4 - Tiling, Painting/Decorating
Once project is complete, we will talk you through the Renovation together.
5.1 - Taking note of any snagging concerns
